Tara-Jane Stern has established herself as a prominent figure in the South African entertainment industry, renowned for her versatile vocal abilities and entrepreneurial spirit. Her powerful and soulful voice has captivated audiences across the Eastern Cape and beyond, earning her a reputation as a leading vocalist.

Tara’s musical journey has been marked by collaborations with renowned bands and musicians in the region. As a member of the popular Centrestage Show Band, she has consistently delivered electrifying performances that have solidified her status as a leading vocalist. Her ability to seamlessly navigate various genres has also made her a sought-after performer for tribute shows such as “Absolute Abba” and “The Magnificent 7,” where she has showcased her vocal skills and versatility.

Beyond her musical talents, Tara has also demonstrated her acting abilities, sharing the stage with the renowned South African comedian Gino Fabbri. Her ability to blend singing and acting has undoubtedly expanded her artistic horizons and opened up new opportunities.

In addition to her solo ventures, Tara has collaborated with other talented musicians. She joined forces with East London singer and bassist Kerry Hiles and Jeffreys Bay vocalist and guitarist Therese Smith to create the show “Angry Birds,” which celebrated the iconic divas of music. The show’s success, including sold-out performances and rave reviews, further cemented her reputation as a talented and versatile performer.

More recently, Tara has formed a dynamic duo with guitarist and singer Alan Kozak, known as Al & Tara. Together, they offer a captivating blend of easy listening music styles, characterized by exceptional stage interaction, tight harmonies, and a sophisticated sound. Their performances are ideal for dining or evening social events, providing a stylish backdrop that enhances any occasion.
