Most definitely the top live music venue in the country! Ian goes out of his way to introduce new artists to the region as well as bring the biggest names in SA Music to the Music Kitchen. Combined with friendly staff, great food and excellent music it is our home away from home in Port Elizabeth.

The Music Kitchen is my home away from and one of the most treasured live music venues in South Africa. Not often you get to play at a venue where the Inhouse sound and tech is perfectly on par with your requirements. Ian and Rene are impeccable hosts and have created an atmosphere of warmth and love, night after night. I can’t wait to play there again and I encourage anyone who enjoys live music to go experience it for themselves.

Not just is this the best music venue in Port Elizabeth but in the whole of SA. Ian and his team have a great love for the art of music and it shows in everything that they do especially how they treat the artists. If more venues followed their model l, SA would have a much bigger platform for Musicians. Keep it up!
