Founded in 1907, West Bank Golf Club started as a 9-hole course with Kimberley blue gravel putting greens. The original 1920 clubhouse was replaced in 1939. By 1930, the course expanded to 18 holes, with the front 9 along the Indian Ocean and the back 9 set further back. All tees offer ocean views, featuring the Hood Point lighthouse.
